Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience actively supporting the execution of life cycle, cross-channel campaigns
  • Familiarity with SaaS products preferred
  • Comfort with data and a basic understanding of customer segmentation
  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo), email software, and Salesforce is advantageous. Experience with Intercom or Drift is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to revenue growth
  • Proactive with the ability to actively support and provide critical thinking
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and initiate projects
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to take on multiple tasks
Responsibilities
  • Engage in analyzing customer needs and behaviors to identify growth opportunities
  • Contribute to the implementation of a comprehensive customer marketing communications program
  • Collaborate closely with the ABX manager to bolster cross-sell, upsell, and retention programs
  • Participate in the development and execution of multi-channel cross-sell and upsell campaigns, from persona development to campaign measurement
  • Support customer onboarding initiatives to drive adoption and retention
  • Contribute to executing advocacy campaigns using positive customer relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Assist in identifying and executing in-product marketing and sales opportunities in partnership with Product Marketing and Product Management
  • Contribute to curating customer success stories for use in Sales and Marketing
  • Play an active role in being the Voice of the Customer, ensuring customer experience is prioritized and providing insights for continuous improvement
  • Participate in measuring, tracking, and analyzing campaign results, reporting to key stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer marketing
