Responsible for Lendbuzz’s vehicle remarketing processes that support the overall corporate goals of maximizing proceeds, reducing inventory turn time, and residual value loss mitigation. This includes, but is not limited to, inventory and transportation oversight, inspection process oversight, and pre-sale prep and post-sale reporting. The position is responsible for managing auction sale processes with a focus on maximizing sale proceeds.

Responsibilities

Sell repossessed vehicles
Manage online auction sales
Ensure that all vehicles are priced and available for sale in accordance to department KPIs to reduce inventory turn
Oversee auction sale processes to maximize proceeds and expose vehicles to the widest possible audience
Foster and maintain relationships with key auction personnel regarding inventory and sales activity at physical auction
Maintain tracking inventory of repossessed vehicles in Salesforce
Consign vehicles to auction, coordinate with auction for preparing vehicles for sale
Arrange vehicle transports to auctions where needed
Request titles as needed
Track market values for vehicles in auction inventory

Requirements

1-3 years of work experience preferred in remarketing
Must have high proficiency working in AutoIMS
Outstanding analytical thinking skills
Commitment to excellence
Attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
