Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • At least 1 year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8+ hour shift.
  • Goal-oriented with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Basic technology proficiency with point-of-sale systems, mobile devices, and tablets.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.
  • Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
  • Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
  • Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions.
  • Deliver customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize store sales performance.
