Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong intent to pursue a CPA designation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to guide strategic decisions.
  • Perform variance analysis and financial modeling to evaluate performance and risks.
  • Develop and automate KPI dashboards and financial reports using Power BI and Excel.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analytics.
  • Identify process improvements and implement automation to enhance FP&A efficiency.
  • Contribute to the shift toward driver-based planning and AI-powered forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with operational goals.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP systems, AI driven analytics and automation tool, and coding for analytics, is an asset.
