Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience
  • Execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals
  • Help lead the understanding of how operational procedures impact shortage and profitability
  • Help empower the team to create a consistent experience for our guests
  • Help with execution of processes in inbound, outbound, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
  • Responsible for working with Closing teams to identify key priorities
  • Help create a scheduling plan approved by your ETL
  • Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team
  • Help establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable
  • Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Lead and hold the team accountable to work in a safe manner
  • Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes
