- Approve all tours assigned by Intake.
- Maintain a clean, well-kept facility and address all issues within 24 hours.
- Make daily schedule adjustments as necessary.
- Complete all new-hire onboarding within the first three days of employment.
- Confirm accurate coding.
- Provide staff development and training.
- Communicate with parents and staff to ensure optimal center performance.
- Conduct new-hire orientation, hiring, and performance assessments for treatment center staff other than Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.
- Forecast and block staff and client schedules one month in advance.
- Work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts in evaluating and developing existing and new therapy services.
