  • BS/MS in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in hardware or IoT products
  • Experience in leading and managing engineering teams
  • Strong knowledge of reliability engineering practices, methods, and tools
  • Experience with stress testing; fatigue testing, vibration, and shock testing, electrical stress, and environmental stress
  • Understanding of the physics of failure and the application of stresses to underlying failure mechanisms
  • Experience implementing Design for Reliability (DfR) practices
  • Experience with hardware reliability tests, third party test oversight, and test execution
  • Self-motivated, proactive, creative and critical problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • A passion for customer satisfaction and product reliability
