As a Jr. Recruiter, you’ll participate in a comprehensive two-week, in-person training program before jumping into sourcing top talent for INflow Federal’s technology, cybersecurity, and software engineering roles. This is a 1099, commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential—your success directly drives your income.

What You’ll Be Doing (After Training):
- Source Top Talent:Identify and engage qualified candidates for technology, cybersecurity, and engineering roles.
- Screen & Assess: Conduct initial calls to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and career goals.
- Problem-Solve: Strategically match candidates to roles using Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate successful placements.
- Leverage Digital Tools:Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and AI recruiting tools to streamline talent acquisition.
- Close Hires & Earn Commission: Place candidates successfully and earn commission for each hire made.
What We are looking for:
- Veterans of the U.S. Military are strongly preferred—especially those utilizing benefits like the GI Bill during training.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with a passion for learning and adapting.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable navigating job boards, recruiting tools, and AI-powered search.
- Excellent problem-solving skills—able to quickly find solutions and think on your feet.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities—can engage candidates and close hires.
