Responsibilities
  • Responsible for diary management, including arranging internal and external meetings, calls, and video conferences across multiple time zones
  • Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
  • Support the wider cultural integration e.g. help with subjects for Townhalls, coordinate feedback, run the 'get to know' initiative.
  • Supports the coordination of materials for key meetings
  • Plan, book and arrange all travel
  • Communicating with support functions in London
  • Processing invoices and liaising with the Accounts Payable teams
  • Prepares and processes expenses on time
  • Taking minutes for team meetings as required
  • Provide a professional and confident representation of the EMEA Finance business unit
  • Handles highly sensitive correspondence and information in a confident manner
  • Build effective working relationships across the business
  • Carry out additional ad hoc duties as required
