Senior Network Engineer

Contract Position

Summary:

We are seeking a Network Engineer with proven experience in designing and implementing secure, segmented network environments to enable seamless and secure collaboration between internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network architecture, security, and segment isolation, and will play a key role in building scalable solutions that support production, collaboration, and integration testing needs.  This client-facing role requires strong communication skills as it will require liaise with partners to ensure business objectives are being met for proposed changes.

Responsibilities:

• Experience delivering end-to-end (design, implementation, validation) secure network segmentation used in production, non-production, and testing on-premises networks.
• Comfortable serving as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements, solutions, and project status.
• Present proposed network changes to clients, gather feedback, and drive the approval process for all major updates.
• Develop and enforce network security policies to ensure data integrity and compliance across all segments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, and both technical and non-technical cross functional teams
• Experience with major network hardware including Palo Alto equipment

Primary Location Pay Range: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
