This is a field-based position that requires ~80-90% of time traveling within the market and the remainder of time as remote. This position will require working 40 hours per week including working nights, weekends, and some holidays. Some regional travel may be required to surrounding territories. We are searching for someone located in Hunterdon, Somerset, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Burlington (South East), and Ocean counties in New Jersey as this will be the majority of the region covered by this role. Additional travel to other regions may be necessary as well.

Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience in field marketing, events, retail, customer service, or related field
  • 3+ months experience as a brand ambassador in cannabis
  • Basic cannabis knowledge
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Willingness to use personal cell phone for social media
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in MS Office

  • End-to-end execution of TerrAscend Branded Pop-Up Events at Cannabis Retail Locations
  • Representing company and house brands in a positive and professional manner
  • Maintaining product knowledge and communicating benefits
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with industry contacts
  • Implementing field marketing brand engagements
  • Completing Pop-Up Reporting Tracker
