As a Talent Sourcer you’re responsible for supporting our global Go-To-Market hiring function. Together with the Talent Acquisition team you will continuously work on building pipeline, ensuring a great candidate experience, and finding the absolute best talent.
Where you’ll have an impact:
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of talent needs and requirements within the markets/ regions
- Source and attract passive candidates through the use and development of innovative online sourcing strategies and research techniques including: resume databases, referral generation, Boolean searches, social media, target companies, internal databases, etc.
- Support and influence the attraction of a diverse candidate pool while ensuring a positive candidate experience and positioning Lighthouse as an employer of choice
- Maintain regular communication with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure continuous knowledge flow and pipeline sharing
- Develop and maintain contact with candidates until they can be presented to recruiters and leaders and thereby help drive the sourcing/recruiting process in a timely manner
- Share insights on external market and industry intelligence (supply and demand, talent pool, competitors, etc.)
- Complete other projects and assignments as assigned
Who you are:
- 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting and/or human resources
- Driven to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Enjoys working with and being part of a dynamic team
- Bachelor’s degree
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ability to prioritize according to needs
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A high degree of professionalism and ability to protect sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates
- A customer-service mindset and strong internal drive to create great employee experiences
- A strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently as well as with all levels of staff

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $50,000-$60,000. We benchmark our salary ranges for new team members in relation to the role, level, and role location; however, we consider a multitude of factors, to include relevant experience, skills, and education/training, to determine compensation within the identified range.
