Point B’s Property Development and Real Estate Advisory team is looking for experienced leaders to join our team as we shape and grow our business nationally. Our collaborative, forward-looking leadership approach keeps our customers’ initiatives and projects on the path to success. In this role, you will work with experts from across our firm to integrate real estate and facilities expertise into multi-disciplinary Solutions targeting our clients most complex problems.
This role requires 10-15 years of experience including real estate and strategic facilities expertise and a proven track record in the healthcare and/or life sciences industries.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
Collaborate with our management consulting and industry teams to craft, sell and deliver multi-capability solutions to our clients.
Find innovative ways to integrate real estate, property development and facilities strategies into our existing client solutions.
Bring knowledge and expertise in property development and real estate services and an active network of relationships to develop and drive Point B’s partnership approach, sales pursuits, and delivery capability in this space.
Help grow our Property Development practice by leveraging the power of the Point B platform as well as your own network and relationships.
Lead exciting property development and facility projects through all phases of the real estate lifecycle.
Work in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment where you are looked to as a leader in a growing business.
Advise our clients and partners on their most strategic real estate projects.
Work outside your comfort zone and grow your skills and abilities.
Innovate and create new ways of solving problems and issues endemic to real estate projects and facilities.
Travel to project sites and client and partner relationships across the country

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:
Gained 10 to 15 years of business experience; Biotechnology and Life Sciences, Healthcare, Resort/Recreation, Retail, and/or Property and Facility experience also desired.
Proven yourself as an expert in the area of real estate operations, development, construction and facilities projects with a proven track record of excellence across several of the following areas: Business Development, Project Management, Design/Construction Management, Facility Management, Planning and Entitlements, Financial Modeling and Analysis.
Worked as an owner’s rep, for one of our competitors in that space, or in a comparable role in the corporate business world.
Worked within an entrepreneurial environment in the Denver, Houston, Austin, Charlotte and/or Chicago markets and become comfortable selling owner’s rep work.
Demonstrated effective communication and collaboration experience at the Sr. Leadership / C-suite level.
Proven your ability to build effective networks and relationships within and outside the organization.
Worked with minimal direction, showing self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills.
Gained leadership experience across multiple industries, business areas, and project phases.
Earned a B.A., B.S. degree, preferably in a related real estate, construction, or engineering discipline.
