  • Serve as liaison between newly established faculty recruitment office and Division.
  • Coordinate all recruitment efforts including: Airfare/hotel/transportation reservations, Itinerary development, Serve as escort for day of visit.
  • Processes expense reports for candidate post travel.
  • Works with Budget/Accounting Analyst on process improvement.
  • Develops relationships with Section leaders to identify recruitment needs.
