Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of related work experience or Master's Degree with 6 years of related work experience.
  • Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment including RCCA, process flow & documentation, and project execution.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a formal management position.
  • At least 1 year experience in ERP Systems.
  • At least 1 year experience in Manufacturing Readiness Assessments (MRA's).

  • Awareness of ME best practices and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on operating models, proposals and new business pursuits.
  • Work closely with team on Manufacturing Readiness Assessments (MRA’s) for execution of process and documentation.
  • Serves as consultant to senior management in long-range company vision planning and strategic directions.
  • Collaborate the technical solutions across the Division, Program IPT's, functions and program leadership.
  • Develop, hire and retain effective staff members including coaching and mentoring.
  • Responsible to maintain the overall direction of Manufacturing Engineering processes, tool and technology integration.
  • Manage SOW with ME Team and/or program IPT including EV management.
