  • Post & managing recruiting efforts for non-technical roles
  • Source and screen candidates resumes
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates for hiring managers
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
  • Train hiring managers on the recruiting process
