Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Operations Management, Business Operations, or a similar role with a proven track record of improving budget management and resource allocation in fast-paced environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management, with expertise in creating, analyzing, and maintaining complex budget and capacity models
  • Background in consulting, program management, or financial/business operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams with business objectives
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and aligning business needs with financial goals

Responsibilities
  • Drive measurable improvements in budget accuracy and resource allocation efficiency, optimizing capacity planning and delivering cost savings
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations, ensuring alignment with financial goals and achieving measurable performance improvements across teams
  • Partner with Account Management, Claims, Member Care, and Provider teams to support operational needs and drive process optimization
  • Collaborate with department leaders to align headcount and budget priorities, identifying and addressing gaps in real time
  • Develop and present strategic content for internal and external communications, influencing decision-making at all levels of the organization
  • Oversee insurance reporting with Analytics and Insurance Ops, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in regulatory and business-critical data (e.g., SB9, GFI Experience)
  • Serve as the business lead for key strategic projects, such as CRM platform rollouts, delivering improved workflow efficiency and case management capabilities
  • Champion change management efforts to ensure seamless transitions and minimize disruptions across teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational scalability and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs
