Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, operations management or supply chain management in food services or e-commerce strongly preferred
  • Analytical and strategic thinking to manage P&L and identify growth opportunities
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive results and manage cross-functional teams

  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to new challenges and dynamic environments
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English preferred, to effectively communicate with vendor communities
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the local marketplace and drive GMV growth in your region
  • Manage the regional P&L, ensuring financial and operational success
  • Identify market opportunities and pain points, and design solutions to expand revenue
  • Oversee and support Business Development Associates to ensure seamless vendor onboarding, vendor satisfaction, and performance alignment
  • Partner with the local operations team to ensure smooth daily activities
  • Work with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class user experience. Collaborate with operations, marketing, product, and tech teams to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collect vendor and customer feedback, address emergency issues, and provide actionable insights to internal teams to continuously improve operations and platform functionality
  • Analyze dashboards, track key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
