Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (planning, strategy, field operations) or Strategic Finance / FP&A
  • 2+ of experience with annual planning for Sales and/or other GTM functions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, planning tools, and forecasting tools
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Strong analytical skills, and experience using analytics platforms such as Looker, Tableau, etc
  • Cross-functional collaboration and team mindset
Responsibilities
  • Centralize annual planning across GTM and support RevOps partners with their field-level planning
  • Build infrastructure to support long-range and annual planning
  • Collaborate with Analytics to create effective and streamlined ways of measuring business performance
  • Work closely with FP&A to understand company-level priorities and model assumptions, and iterate collaboratively on top-line targets and resource allocation
  • Support the field with actionable, data-driven insights through quarterly and annual business reviews
