Responsibilities
- Collect product required for orders using a handheld scanner ensuring accurate quantities and parts numbers are collected for orders
- Deliver customer jobs to technicians as requested and found on handheld scanner
- Gather all return to inventory parts daily and return to appropriate locations
- Perform cycle counts on inventory
- Reconcile inventory
- Recycle excess inventory components
- Scan returned surplus/jobs to rack locations
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Use hand tools when required to open packages
- Operate a forklift and overhead crane to un-load in bound truck shipments
- Receive jobs from customers including internal salespeople
- Willing to train and become certified to drive a hi-lo
- Willing to train and become certified to run an overhead crane
- Follow all safety policies and procedures for the entire organization
- Any and all other duties as assigned by management
