Responsibilities
  • Represent the Peloton brand by being knowledgeable of the space, interacting, and receiving feedback from our team members and vendors
  • Welcome, greet, direct, and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Flexible to complete office duties and other Studio department duties, including facilities upkeep
  • Perform and manage clerical and admin duties such as updating communication boards, filing, copying, and printing
  • Support and facilitate with Team Onboarding, Studio tours, office communications and ensure adherence to office guidelines and protocols
  • Manage employee onboarding requests i.e uniform and keycard distribution
  • Access, manage, and distribute team members Uber and other employee benefit accounts
  • Manage the workplace email, helpdesk and slack accounts by responding and forwarding messages as needed in a timely manner
  • Communicate, assist and support Studio departments with projects as needed for the Studio, People and Workplace Teams
  • Manage, receive, sort, and restock orders and food/beverage inventory
  • Plan, manage, communicate, and execute events such as team events like catering (breakfasts/lunches and happy hours,etc) and handle team Workplace calendar
  • Manage all matters relating to office furniture/equipment, desk assignments, and
  • Ensure reception, waiting areas, meeting rooms and office space are tidy, well stocked and welcoming
  • Manage phone booth and conference room scheduling and room resets
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing detailed information
  • Pickup, store, manage capacity, and facilitate communication on all incoming and outgoing mail/packages from building mailroom to designated departments, including UPS and Fedex
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, etc.)
  • Support the core facilities team in managing and bidding out all long term, third party facilities contracts for the studio team including but limited to ADA Lift maintenance and annual testing, elevator maintenance, testing and record keeping, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and BMS contract
  • Manage, communicate, and bid out all office-related contracts including but not limited to COIs, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS, janitorial, onsite pantry service, towel service, equipment maintenance
  • Oversee the onsite budget as well as small capital projects such as furniture or building change orders
  • Manage building requests including, freight schedules for all studio deliveries and visitors
