Requirements
  • 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Systems Analyst, preferably within Finance or Enterprise Performance Management environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and management reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more Enterprise Performance Management platforms, including Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
  • Good understanding of financial data structures, dimensions, hierarchies, and chart of accounts.
  • Experience with data mapping, reconciliation, and system integrations.
  • Good knowledge of Structured Query Language for data analysis and validation.
  • Experience with user acceptance testing, system integration testing, test case preparation, and defect management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Work with Finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements related to planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and financial reporting.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, stakeholder discussions, process analysis, and gap analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support Enterprise Performance Management implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.
  • Work closely with developers and configuration teams to ensure requirements are correctly translated into Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
  • Prepare business requirements documents, functional requirements documents, process flows, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
  • Support data mapping, data validation, and integration requirements between Enterprise Performance Management and source systems.
  • Coordinate system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution with business and technology teams.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Experience in banking or financial services.
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, financial consolidation, or regulatory reporting.
  • Experience with Finance transformation or Enterprise Performance Management implementation projects.
  • Exposure to extract, transform, and load/data integration tools and application programming interfaces.
