Requirements
  • The candidate should have a commercial temperament and be oriented toward business development and results.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect business-to-business companies through telephone calls, LinkedIn, and employment forums to develop a portfolio of partner companies and source work-study needs.
  • Develop and consolidate existing partnerships to support upselling.
  • Source work-study offers on different job boards.
  • Work with admissions officers, in the manner of a recruitment agency, to match candidate profiles with the needs and expectations of companies in the portfolio.
  • Promote the school's work-study programs to companies and human resources contacts.
  • Organize recruitment events and job-dating sessions on campus.
  • Manage commercial activity daily through established activity key performance indicators.
  • Report activity through internal management tools.
