- Previous experience in production supervision or manufacturing leadership is required.

- Supervise production floor operations, providing clear instructions and hands-on support for tasks such as: Capping bottled products; Loading and palletizing boxes; Preparing products for shipment.
- Monitor and optimize production line performance to meet targets.
- Ensure the availability of materials and components at each production line.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP standards and enforce safety protocols.
- Manage schedules and approve employee absences as needed.
- Communicate goals, expectations, and performance metrics to team members.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of production areas, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Handle incident reporting and ensure timely escalation when needed.
