  • Strategize, develop, and execute engineering solutions for the integration of low voltage cables in BEV truck projects.
  • Create and finalize designs for sheet metal brackets and cables, generating both 3D models and 2D drawings utilizing PTC CREO software, ensuring optimal fit, form, and function.
  • Foster collaboration across various teams including Wiring Architecture, Systems, Chassis, Suspension, Steering, and Coolant. Coordinate with stakeholders such as Manufacturing and Aftermarket to establish agreements on assembly sequence and accessibility.
  • Provide support for DFMEA analysis to identify and mitigate potential circuit and installation issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain close communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness of brackets, cables, and associated materials.
  • Assist in design reviews conducted in Virtual Reality Labs and during in-house prototype builds.
