Within the Group, the Strategic Planning & Advanced Analytics team provides sales strategy leadership and data-driven solutions to enable exceptional customer experience. 

As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with Senior Sales Leaders to develop and execute data-driven strategies around incentive structure, performance management, agent coaching and development. You will be in a highly visible, cross-functional, and impact-heavy role to drive sales experts’ and managers’ performance globally. What You’ll Do: 

• Drive the overall performance and KPIs of the sales organization by designing and implementing optimal compensation and performance management structure
• Partner with sales enablement functions such as quality measurement, training, and talent management to provide data-driven recommendations to improve the sales agent experience
• Provide key input into P&L and business outcomes, including financial, operations, and people strategy
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with effective communication and follow through
• Collaborate with a cross-functional leadership team to prioritize and drive strategic projects to improve the agent and customer experience
• Manage a team of analysts and own project management as well as delivery
• Synthesize insights from data analysis, develop business cases for new initiatives, and get buy-in from senior leadership

What You’ll Need:

• 7+ years of strategy and operation experience with strong analytical skills; 2+ years experience leading a team
• A tenacious, entrepreneurial, and ownership mindset to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• An insatiable appetite to understand “why” something is the way it is (sales associate behavior, training and compensation to align incentives etc.)
• Proven experience and passion for working across functions, synthesizing multiple points of view, and owning a coherent action plan, all while negotiating and influencing others
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional team
• Experience designing and implementing highly visible, complex, and innovative data-driven solutions that influence business decision making
• Demonstrated success influencing senior-level stakeholders on a strategic direction based on recommendations backed by in-depth analysis; Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in mentoring and developing a team of analysts
• MBA preferred; Prior consulting experience is a plus
