  • Improve Sales Processes with the goal of building a scalable sales engine
  • Scope and manage multiple improvement workstreams related to processes and systems; includes process mapping, root cause analysis and change management
  • Analyze and improve the sales cycle
  • Be the subject matter expert in Salesforce.com, Salesforce CPQ, Clari, and planning tools and partner with IT to drive usage of capabilities and influence feature roadmaps
  • Configuration and management of software/platform solutions with automation technology and approaches
  • Build strong working relationships across business and technical teams to prioritize change requests
  • Partner with other Coupa teams that also interact/integrate with our sales tools to ensure data is reliably captured and tracked
  • Document business problems/needs, objectives, functional requirements and more to support system changes
  • Identifies and articulate the impact of decisions on upstream and downstream areas, trade-offs, benefits
  • Maintain internal backlog of feature requests, communicate status to end users, track and analyze issues for prioritization
  • Primary administrator of CPQ solution, ensuring that the system is up to date with the latest product and pricing details, as well as contract/order form construction
  • Support training and onboard new hires on all our sales tools
