Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, investment banking, or strategic finance.
  • Demonstrated deal experience, including hands-on involvement in enterprise valuation and full mergers and acquisitions transaction cycles.
  • A strong financial modeling skillset, with the ability to independently build, stress-test, and interpret complex financial models, including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, and merger models.
  • A background in investment banking, valuation firms, corporate development, or strategic advisory roles.
Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical financial and valuation modeling expertise when evaluating growth initiatives, including de novo service line opportunities, acquisitions, partnerships, divestitures, and other growth opportunities.
  • Understand and contribute to transaction legal documents in partnership with senior team members and legal partners.
  • Support cross-functional transaction teams through financial analysis, due diligence, review of transaction documents, and transition and integration planning.
  • Communicate with and prepare transaction deliverables for key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work in a matrix organization and promote teamwork within and across the organization by maintaining positive relationships and utilizing effective problem-solving skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • An advanced degree or Master of Business Administration is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or large, complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry dynamics, regulatory considerations, and the provider/payer landscape.
  • Experience preparing board-level or executive-level strategic deliverables.
  • Exposure to integration planning and post-close transition activities.
