We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our People Team at 10x Genomics. This person will be supporting and administering compensation programs and initiatives, including best-in-class compensation packages, long term incentive plans. As a member of the People Team at 10x Genomics, the focus of responsibility will be on creating best-in-class compensation packages to attract and retain top talent. This role will work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive and equitable compensation strategies that align with the company’s goals.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, is experienced in developing and writing business process documents, and is equally strong at driving execution around multiple compensation plans. Individuals applying for this position must be self-starters, strategic thinkers, action-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at managing multiple priorities, and succeed in communicating and influencing within the organization.
