  • High School diploma or higher plus 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, provide information and refer as appropriate.
  • Screen and process routine telephone communications, mail and requests.
  • Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries, etc.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, make reservations, and process reimbursements.
  • Maintain files and databases; assemble and format data to create simple reports.
  • Prepare documents, meeting materials, correspondence.
  • Update and make routine changes to web pages.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information and materials.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Compose and edit written communication.
  • Maintain inventory and order/purchase office supplies; arrange for equipment maintenance; process work orders for facilities repairs/needs.
  • Onboarding Partner - Coordinate onboarding sessions for all part-time new hires - process all paperwork in accordance with U.S. Policies and PSU procedures and create BJC badges.
  • Maintain records and files on all employees. Create employee reports for department supervisors. Assist with wage terminations, rate increases, and job additions.
