What you’ll Do
Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and deploy scalable machine learning solutions
Conduct detailed research and stay updated on the latest trends in machine learning and artificial intelligence
Optimize machine learning models for performance and accuracy
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive data-informed decisions
Engage in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in software development
What you need to succeed
Educational Requirements:
Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a relevant field, OR
Master’s degree in these fields with 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
Core Skills:
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
Strong expertise in probability, statistics, and mathematical modeling.
Comprehensive knowledge of common machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Additional Qualities:
Demonstrated success in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Ability to thrive in collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced settings.
A passion for staying current with advancements in machine learning and continuous self-improvement.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,700 -- $228,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
