Responsibilities
  • Liaises with client partners to discuss project execution with support from supervisor
  • Attends and engaged in client meetings and participates as appropriate
  • Prepares concise and accurate status and contact reports, outlining decisions, next steps, key dates, and deliverables
  • Engages with clients on tactical initiatives with support from manager
  • Develops and maintains positive professional relationships with internal agency members
  • Has the trust and confidence of day-to-day Clients for specific tasks (process, content feedback, estimates, etc.)
  • Able to manage up appropriately with the right amount of information
  • Develops in-depth knowledge of assigned category and stay up to date on relevant brand/category information to assist the team
  • Responsible for ensuring that the account is organized and efficient
  • Runs tactical projects with supervision
  • Execution of Work: Consults with PM to meet deliverable deadlines
  • Aligns day-to-day project tasks with timelines, budget, and quality standards
  • Assists with reviewing projects for consistency with creative brief, client direction and feedback on the immediate or adjacent projects
  • Provide prompt, well-thought-out responses to project requests and follow-up questions. Manage expectations and effectively communicate updates
  • Supports account team from creative brief development through final output
  • Understands and operates within established client and agency processes
  • Participates in the written tactical plan development as opportunities arise
  • Responsible for MLR submissions with internal/external MLR team, and able to help organize MLR feedback for the team
  • Monitor competitive activities and begin to understand what could enhance the brand
  • Works very closely with PM and finance group
  • Partners with PM to meet financial deliverable dates for estimates, invoices, and budgets
  • Attends and participates in regular meetings with finance and PM
  • Accountable for client estimates of new and existing SOW projects
  • Supports cross-functional team by managing client projects as appropriate
  • Understands agency process, knows how the agency works, and how jobs flow through the agency
  • Establishes strong collaborative relationships with team members
  • Collaborates with cross-functional team daily to improve efficiency in status meetings
  • Owns and generates internal trackers and client reports with oversight
  • Exposed to and writes first drafts of project briefs and absorbs content
