  • 4-6 years of research and Sourcing experience in recruiting on experienced + roles: preferably within a fast-paced technology/ digital company or with search firm experience.
  • Well networked in Engineering: has an established well-nurtured network of engineering leaders, with established relationships and engagement as well as deep industry connections.
  • Adept at connecting with executives: Recognize their needs and motivations, influencing them through data-driven insights and strong executive level communication.
  • Collaborative & strategic: Work seamlessly with Talent Partners and Hiring Leaders, offering constructive suggestions and pushing boundaries when needed.
  • Diligent Operator: Ensure accuracy and compliance while using talent intelligence data to gain meaningful insights.
  • Data-Driven research approach: Stay ahead of market trends, analyze data with acuity, and articulate findings clearly.
