Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in project finance, structured finance, investment banking, or private equity
  • Bachelor’s (or advanced) degree
  • Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; VBA is a plus
  • Working proficiency with SQL; Python knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding of basic accounting statements and various debt and equity financing structures
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Ability to read and interpret legal documents
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
Responsibilities
  • Perform market analysis on products, equipment, and pricing trends in the solar industry
  • Develop, refine, and implement financial models for project financing
  • Support the management of investors and expand the investor base
  • Manage consultants and sub-contracted service companies for financing transactions
  • Collaborate with counsel to finalize documentation with financing counterparties
