Contracts Director
Key Role:
Lead a contracting organization for accounts in National Security, primarily supporting the firm’s work with various government agencies. Apply expertise with government contracting and the regulatory environment. Drive and lead contract functions with a focus on the opportunity and contract life cycle, including organizational conflict of interest matters and business optimization initiatives such as data rights. Work on a wide range of complex programmatic matters and provide expert advice and counsel on contractual- and procurement-related matters. Apply enterprise risk management solutions and mitigation strategies aligned with corporate objectives to optimize operational performance. Leverage experience with managing and leading contracting professionals and counseling clients on related buying patterns and regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
-15+ years of experience with leadership in contracts management, including overseeing large, complex proposals and negotiations
-Experience with leading large, geographically dispersed contracts organization
-Experience in working with contracting organizations of various government agencies
-Experience with selling a wide range of both services and commercial products such as FAR Part 15 and FAR Part 12
-Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for proposal preparation, contract negotiation, FAR, DFARS, and US government procurement regulations
-TS/SCI clearance
-Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience working with the intelligence community
-Experience selling or buying information technology products such as Software, SaaS, or Cloud
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level communication skills
-Possession of excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
