As the North America Market Executive Communications Lead, you will lead executive communications support for the Managing Director of HP’s North America Market, as well a the North America Commercial Channel Chief, while partnering with various North America Leadership to elevate our team’s presence both internally and externally at channel and customer-facing events and meetings.
This position requires a strong aptitude for executive positioning, content development, and storytelling through keynote presentations, speeches, internal communications, and all-employee meetings, coupled with expertise in building relationships and collaborating regularly with key stakeholders across the HP ecosystem, including sales, corporate affairs, legal, HR, and finance. The position also requires the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact.
The ideal candidate is a skilled writer, a compelling storyteller, and adept at developing content for North America events, key Channel events, and external presentations with channel partners and HP customers. The ideal candidate is also a team player who is willing to help out when and where needed to support the overall North America Leadership team. Working closely with the North America Market Chief of Staff and operating in a fast-paced environment, you’ll consistently turn strategy into execution, making a positive impact in the North America Market.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling and original communication materials that support the North America leadership team’s growth strategies, goals, and plans.
- Create internal memos, speeches, keynote presentations, talk tracks, and event content that connect executive voices to key themes and topics that matter to their stakeholders.
- Work closely with the North America chief of staff to align on key priorities, strategies, and plans.
- Work across the Market with other in-market communications team members to drive collaboration and integrated communication plans
Education & Experience Recommended
- B.A. or B.S. in Communications, Marketing, or Business.
- 12+ years of experience in executive communications, communications, journalism, marketing, or related field.

Knowledge & Skills - Employee communications and/or executive communications experience
- Superior storytelling, writing and editing, content development, strong verbal communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas.
- Superior organization and program management skills within fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom, including senior North America Leadership.
- Ability to link communications to business strategies and goals.
- High levels of tact and diplomacy.
- Flexible, nimble, and able to thrive within a growing and evolving organization.
- A relentless focus on the details.
- Collaborative in nature.
- Proficient in Microsoft (PPT, Word, Excel) and collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom)

The base pay range for this role is $123,850 - $190,700 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
