Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product roles within a global matrixed organization.
  • Expertise on UX and UI design.
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Product management experience, including strategy, market analysis, synthesis of client feedback, needs analysis, communication, reporting, performance monitoring/metrics, risk/compliance management.
  • Executive presence and impeccable communication skills – written and oral.
Responsibilities
  • Leads a Strategic Initiative into delivery including development, execution, risk management, in coordination of business growth targets, clients and regional segments.
  • Coordinates with global stakeholders inside and outside of the organization to: 1) complete detailed designs and arrive into an implementation sized; 2) sequence deliveries against overall solution; 3) deliver a solution that can be tested and scaled globally; 4) successfully transfer solution to platform leaders to operate and scale.
  • Leads the relevant PDLC process sections in the creation of solutions, with a focus on disciplined planning and delivery.
  • Owns solution performance as aggregated against the activities of the client and regional segments and is responsible for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives.
  • Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of global initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior management and stakeholders on initiative progress and challenges.
  • Facilitate global meetings and presentations to drive consensus and alignment on strategies and solutions, including last mile differences by region.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience within merchant acquiring platform and the Payments domain.
  • Experience with Card Present Payment solutions and POS Terminals.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and fluency in technology constructs like APIs integrations etc.

JP Morgan acquires 1.4% of Sabadell

JP Morgan Chase has acquired a 1.431% stake in Banco Sabadell amid BBVA's takeover bid for the Catalan bank. This marks the first time the U.S. bank, advising BBVA on the bid, has become a Sabadell shareholder.
