  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital products and services.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or other industry standard programs.
  • Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design process from ideation to execution for key projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Play an essential role in mentoring team members and leading impactful design initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define design strategy and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and maintain consistency with our design system.
  • Mentor and provide feedback to UX team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Present design solutions and articulate design rationale to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
