Responsibilities
  • - Act as the face of Moonhub's Go-To-Market team
  • - Meet with potential customers, understand their pain points, and determine which of Moonhub's solutions is the right fit
  • - Review customer inquiries, prioritize high-quality leads, and run point on the sales process
  • - Go from the initial introduction call with a lead to the final close and beyond
  • - Ensure customer success throughout the sales journey
  • - Ruthlessly prioritize where to invest and close deals
  • - Help scale and operationalize Moonhub's sales motion
  • - Document, maintain, and update our internal CRM
  • - Become a Moonhub product expert second to none
  • - Document product learnings from sales calls and bring them to product org
