Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud support, Oracle ERP techno-functional support, application support, or Oracle ERP development in an international environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud modules and end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes, especially Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Oracle Tax impacts.
  • Experience working with integrations, interfaces, reporting solutions, and connected satellite applications in a complex enterprise ecosystem.
  • Experience in global support models, distributed teams, Level 2/Level 3 collaboration, incident management, problem management, and service improvement.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and the ability to assess cross-functional impacts and dependencies.
  • Knowledge of Oracle integrations, interfaces, reporting solutions, and connected applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and practical experience with advanced root-cause investigation.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow and practical knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • The ability to interact with senior business stakeholders and explain functional or technical issues clearly.
  • The ability to work effectively with Level 2/Level 3 teams, business users, functional experts, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 techno-functional support for the Oracle Fusion Cloud Order-to-Cash stream, including Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Oracle Tax, and related satellite applications.
  • Analyze incidents from an end-to-end business process perspective and assess impacts across upstream and downstream systems.
  • Support Oracle Cloud modules and associated integrations, interfaces, reporting solutions, and connected satellite applications.
  • Support customer invoicing and receivables management, including transaction processing, accounting, adjustments, credit activities, and customer account support.
  • Support Receipt-to-Reconciliation processes, including receipt processing, cash application, bank statement processing, and cash reconciliation.
  • Assess upstream and downstream impacts across billing, receivables, cash management, integrations, reporting, and connected applications.
  • Assess Oracle Tax impacts across Order-to-Cash transactions, configurations, integrations, reporting, and connected processes.
  • Perform advanced root-cause analysis and identify permanent corrective actions.
  • Contribute to Problem Management by identifying recurring incidents, proposing sustainable fixes, and supporting incident reduction initiatives.
  • Capitalize incident resolutions into reusable assets to improve first-time resolution and reduce backlog and aging.
  • Support release validation, regression testing, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
  • Assess cross-functional impacts and dependencies related to configuration, interfaces, reporting, and connected applications.
  • Contribute to operational readiness and service continuity by ensuring that support constraints are considered before release deployment.
  • Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides, standard operating procedures, frequently asked questions, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
  • Maintain high-quality operational documentation and contribute regularly to the Oracle Knowledge Base.
  • Promote standardization, industrialization, and continuous improvement of support processes.
  • Identify automation opportunities and contribute to shift-left initiatives across support operations.
  • Leverage AI-enabled solutions to improve ticket analysis, root-cause investigations, regression test preparation, knowledge creation, trend detection, and operational efficiency.
  • Support measurable productivity gains through automation, AI adoption, and reusable support assets.
  • Operate as part of an integrated Level 2-Level 3 support organization with shared objectives, common key performance indicators, and collective accountability for service performance and user satisfaction.
  • Work independently while interacting with senior business stakeholders, functional experts, technical teams, and distributed global support teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Oracle Competence Center.
Desired Qualifications
  • Preferred background in Oracle Financials Cloud Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Oracle Tax, integrations, interfaces, reporting solutions, ServiceNow, ITIL-based support processes, and global delivery models.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 certification is a plus.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications relevant to Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Oracle Tax are a plus.
  • Additional languages such as French are an advantage.
