Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize key customer needs and challenges, and help develop tailored strategies to address them effectively.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed teams to manage and drive the development and delivery of enterprise network engineering products, utilizing automation and software programs to provide efficient network services to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the product areas, including program, engineers, and product.
  • Advocate for the customer within Google Enterprise Network (GEN) and across Google, ensuring that customer needs are prioritized.
  • Collaborate with Network Engineers, Software Engineers, and Project Managers to deliver large-scale technical networking projects.
