Requirements
  • Substantial experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, including admin-level or consultant knowledge and capabilities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud

  • Independent drive to carry a task to completion by following up with any necessary internal stakeholders and/or immediately raising task blockers
  • Excellent and effective communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Triage and prioritize inbound requests for immediate support or roadmap planning
  • Configure and customize Salesforce
  • Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce administration
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce product releases and recommend changes to enhance Komodo’s use of the tool
  • Become a trusted advisor in helping Komodo maximize the benefits we derive from Salesforce
  • Learn new systems, particularly in how they integrate with Salesforce
Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in a SaaS Company
  • Experience as administrator of systems integrated with Salesforce
