What You’ll Do Here:

• Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies to align marketing efforts with client business objectives
• Launch, monitor, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns across social, search, and programmatic/DSP platforms
• Develop and implement tailored media planning strategies that are designed to effectively target key audiences, optimize resource allocation, and maximize the impact and reach of each campaign across diverse channels
• Analyze performance data to refine strategies and boost campaign effectiveness, ensuring that campaigns are in compliance with the strategic media plan and consistently meet or exceed performance targets
• Oversee both internal and external communications, handling interactions with clients, vendors, and media representatives
• Conduct rigorous experimentation with campaign variables to pinpoint the most effective strategies for audience targeting and engagement
• Evaluate creative content and marketing materials, making recommendations to better align with consumer trends and client objectives
• Conduct comprehensive client audits during the onboarding process to ensure alignment with their strategic goals and establish a solid foundation for campaign success
• Engage proactively in agency functions, including ideation sessions, training workshops, and the pursuit of new business opportunities
• Oversee team operations to ensure precise implementation of targeting strategies and accurate campaign tracking
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure campaign components are correctly developed, targeted, and measured
• Offer training and mentorship to junior team members, boosting their proficiency and overall performance

You’ll Need To Have:

• 5+ years of ROI-focused digital marketing experience in a consumer facing organization, including the strategic management and hands on execution of paid media channels (Display, Paid Social etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of user acquisition strategies, particularly for mobile apps, with a strong capability to use analytics tools to guide these efforts
• Strong understanding of the qualitative and quantitative aspects of paid media
• Proficiency in the Google/Microsoft Suite and familiarity with project management software like monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and project management skills
• A keen eye for creative content and current marketing trends
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing analytics, best practices, and optimization strategies
