  • Take ownership for all things operations within your region
  • Manage a local team towards ambitious goals of operational excellence
  • Oversee operations in person 3-5 days a week
  • End to end problem solving
  • Analyze data to create business insights
  • Exercise autonomy in overhauling processes and programs
  • Collaborate with a broad interdisciplinary team to scale operational processes
