Requirements

5+ years of experience as an admin or manager of a variety of HR and Talent systems

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the organization's internal HR information systems, which may include data integration, database management, network support, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules
Ensure that all HRIS are integrated for one seamless and systemic employee lifecycle experience
Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches
Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Documents process and results
Install, implement, edit, and upgrade applications to meet changing business and technology needs
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to employees and leaders
Colloberate with executive leadership and People Team members to identify needed improvements and enhancements and implement solutionsManage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users
Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports
Serves as lead representative and liaison between People Team, Tech and Product Team, external vendors, and other stakeholders
Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS

Equip’s five-person care teams include dietitians, physicians, therapists, and mentors who deliver wrap-around support to provide families healing and lasting recovery.

An HRIS Lead is an expert in human resource management systems. They collect data and analyze it to improve HR strategies and processes, and suggest ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of all People platforms, including HCM, LMS, Performance Management, Engagement, Culture and Awards. The HRIS Lead will automate, integrate, and configure core HR systems and processes. Reporting to the Senior Manager of People Operations, they play a key leadership role in defining how all HRIS can be optimized to provide an best-in-class employee experience that supports a company/organization to become a high impact to the Equip organization.

Requirements

3+ years leading complex HRIS integration projects and building agile processess.
