Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an admin or manager of a variety of HR and Talent systems
  • 3+ years leading complex HRIS integration projects and building agile processess
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the organization's internal HR information systems, which may include data integration, database management, network support, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules
  • Ensure that all HRIS are integrated for one seamless and systemic employee lifecycle experience
  • Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches
  • Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Documents process and results
  • Install, implement, edit, and upgrade applications to meet changing business and technology needs
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to employees and leaders
  • Colloberate with executive leadership and People Team members to identify needed improvements and enhancements and implement solutionsManage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users
  • Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports
  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between People Team, Tech and Product Team, external vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS

  • Passion for mental health and eating disorder treatment and expanding access to treatment
