As a Maintenance Leader, Bespoke this person will oversee and direct the installation, maintenance and repair of production equipment and other mechanical equipment supporting production operations. May supervise equipment mechanics, shop personnel, electricians, electronic technicians, maintenance welders, carpenters, plant janitor service, and other production support maintenance personnel. Review and direct equipment preventive/predictive maintenance program. Assist staff with complex equipment problems or with major equipment failures, repairs or overhauls. Establish means for responding to maintenance calls and set call/project priorities. Support and improve equipment operations.

Prepare maintenance schedules in line with the organization’s maintenance goals and monitoring PM compliance
Frequently inspect facilities to proactively detect potential problems and recommend the necessary repair or maintenance
Provide support and advice during staff recruitment and ensure the proper onboarding and training process
Coach and develop maintenance technician in repair and preventive maintenance procedures
Oversee and enforce good record-keeping practices
Generate work orders, enter comprehensive job details, and assign work to qualified team members.
Inspect the quality of performed maintenance work
Communicate policies, procedures, and any updates to maintenance staff
Check that every single job is executed on time, to the budget, and without compromising users' safety
Work closely with vendors, outsourced service providers, and contractors to protect the interests of the facility
Using maintenance system, manage accurate materials and spare parts inventory
Lead the development of maintenance procedures and proactive maintenance programs like preventative maintenance
Recommend budget items, contributing to the development of an annual maintenance budget; manage spending and budget compliance
Recommend upgrades, overhauls, and other changes to major systems and equipment
Actively discuss staff-related challenges with leadership team
Provide hands-on, day-to-day equipment maintenance support as needed
Audit premises for safety compliance and ensure compliance to relevant regulations

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

Supervisory position in one or more maintenance areas ; 5+ years of experience in equipment and facilities maintenance, including experience in a leadership role
Excellent time management, prioritization and project management skills
Communication Skills - Exceptionally strong written and oral communication skills are a must
Technical Skills - A thorough understanding of manufacturing practices, the ability to understand product, equipment specifications and features are essential for success in this position
Analytical Skills - Enjoy gathering and digging deeply into data to identify / troubleshoot issues, and proactively implement changes to prevent future problems
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across different internal departs and with suppliers
Ability to collaborate with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team-oriented environment
Use personal influence skills rather than position power to persuade others and gain support
Good command of English, both written and oral for effective communication
Sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of simultaneous projects
Ability to perform analysis and interpret data into actionable steps
