Responsibilities
- Handle functional and technical issues for day-to-day production support.
- Resolve CEMLI break-fix issues according to service-level agreements.
- Develop new customizations according to client requirements.
- Coordinate with OnDemand for request-for-change scheduling.
- Work night shifts as required.
