Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities management, asset management, inventory control, logistics, fleet management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, fleet management software, and equipment tracking tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to track utilization, costs, and performance metrics analytically.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards and using data to support decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, and walk for long periods; work outdoors in extreme weather conditions; and lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment and follow safety protocols and company policies.
  • Support warehouse organization and layout improvements.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; label, log, and store materials in designated locations.
  • Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments and documentation.
  • Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipment activity.
  • Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas.
  • Track inventory levels, perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Update inventory systems, including part numbers and quantities, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate stock levels with internal teams based on project needs.
  • Maintain tool and equipment inventories and track usage, repairs, replacements, and calibration schedules.
  • Manage equipment check-in and check-out processes and coordinate equipment logistics, transfers, and scheduling between jobsites.
  • Serve as a point of contact for equipment requests.
  • Conduct field audits to verify inspections, maintenance, documentation, rental usage, compliance, and asset records.
  • Partner with Operations and Project Management to improve equipment accountability and planning.
  • Coordinate fleet maintenance, scheduling, and compliance activities.
  • Track fleet assets, rentals, inspections, and repairs and support equipment and vehicle utilization tracking.
  • Monitor rental and transportation costs, identify savings opportunities, and identify process improvements that reduce downtime and operating costs.
  • Develop reports and dashboards focused on utilization, costs, and performance metrics.
