Hexaware introduces Zero Vulnerability as AI raises the pressure on enterprise remediation. Wednesday, Aug 19, 2026 17:50:45 | Hexaware Technologies Limited New security offering helps enterprises turn a growing volume of findings into fixes that can be verified in production MUMBAI, India, Aug. 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Hexaware Technologies (NSE: HEXT), an AI-first digital and IT services company, today announced Zero Vulnerability, a cybersecurity offering built for a growing problem facing enterprises. AI is helping vulnerabilities surface faster, while security and engineering teams still have finite capacity to investigate and fix them. The Verizon 2026 Data Breach Investigations Report found only 26% of critical Known-Exploited Vulnerabilities were fully remediated last year, down from 38%. Median time to fully resolve them rose from 32 to 43 days. 99% of AI-discovered vulnerabilities still remain unremediated. Zero Vulnerability helps organizations sort through such findings, identify which ones pose the greatest risk, get the right teams working on them sooner, and verify that the vulnerability has been removed in production rather than simply marked as closed. Delivered through Zerovity(TM), Hexaware's AI-led delivery layer, the Zero Vulnerability offering combines its cybersecurity expertise, engineering, AI, and remediation operations across all variants of IT systems, including custom applications, SaaS and PaaS environments, third-party software, and operating systems. The remediation operating platform supports the lifecycle from ingestion and validation through prioritization, routing, fixing, verification, and closure. It works with existing security and workflow tools rather than requiring enterprises to replace them. "AI is making vulnerability discovery dramatically faster, but enterprise remediation capacity remains finite. Zero Vulnerability is about changing that equation, cutting through the noise, identifying what truly matters, accelerating remediation, and proving that critical exposure has actually been removed. Our objective is simple: make risk fall faster than new findings arrive," said Mohit Vaish, EVP & Business Head - Cybersecurity, Hexaware. Hexaware's own evaluation shows why validation is important. Across four detection lanes on production codebases, 334 findings were consolidated, of which 14 were ultimately verified as real. The evaluation also included a developer-validated review of 262 findings and identified a new authentication-bypass weakness that pattern-based rules had missed. "The work required to remediate a vulnerability depends on where it sits. Custom code, operating systems, third-party products, and SaaS platforms all call for different actions and different ownership. Zero Vulnerability gives teams a consistent way to prioritize and manage that work across the technology estate, while AI helps get each issue to the right action and owner faster," said Siddharth Dhar, President & Global Head, Digital IT Operations & AI, Hexaware. Zero Vulnerability is a key pillar of Hexaware's Zero Friction Enterprise(TM) and supports its broader approach to continuous exposure reduction, identity-first security, cyber defense, and AI-native security operations. Hexaware launches Zero Vulnerability to tackle 99% of unremediated AI-discovered security flaws

Hexaware Technologies has launched Zero Vulnerability, a cybersecurity offering designed to help enterprises manage the growing volume of security findings surfaced by AI tools. The service addresses a pressing challenge: whilst AI accelerates vulnerability discovery, remediation capacity remains limited. According to Verizon's 2026 Data Breach Investigations Report, only 26% of critical vulnerabilities were fully remediated last year, down from 38%. Median resolution time increased from 32 to 43 days, with 99% of AI-discovered vulnerabilities still unremediated. Zero Vulnerability helps organisations prioritise findings, assign them to appropriate teams, and verify removal in production environments. The platform works across custom applications, SaaS, PaaS, third-party software, and operating systems, integrating with existing security tools rather than replacing them. Hexaware's evaluation showed substantial filtering: 334 findings consolidated to 14 verified real vulnerabilities.

Hexaware helps enterprises achieve infinite momentum by removing friction across the estate.

Hexaware helps enterprises achieve infinite momentum by removing friction across the estate. Introduces the Zero Friction Enterprise to close the gap between where organizations are and their North Star. Hexaware Technologies today introduced the Zero Friction Enterprise, a delivery framework designed to address the operational and technological resistance that slows performance across the enterprise estate. Friction often builds where it is difficult to see early: in aging code, security exposure, delayed delivery, operational noise, late-surfacing defects, and software dependency. Individually manageable, these constraints can collectively reduce an enterprise's ability to respond, adapt, and innovate. The Zero Friction Enterprise unites Hexaware capabilities across modernization, cybersecurity, engineering, operations, quality, and enterprise software. By addressing friction across the estate as one connected system, the framework helps enterprises advance toward their North Star with greater speed, clarity, and control. "Our vision is to help every customer become a Zero Friction Enterprise," said R. Srikrishna, CEO & Executive Director, Hexaware. "That begins with understanding each customer closely enough for them to feel like they are our only customer. We can then identify the constraints slowing progress across their business and technology estate and address them with the right combination of AI, expertise, and judgment." The Pillars of the Zero Friction Enterprise * Zero Vulnerability: Zero-trust, identity-first cybersecurity that helps enterprises identify and contain threats earlier * Zero Tech Debt: Modernization that reduces technical debt and accelerates change * Zero Backlog: AI-native engineering that moves teams from requirements through build, test, and release * Zero Defects: AI-led quality engineering that catches issues earlier and reduces rework * Zero Tickets: AI-led operations that anticipate and resolve incidents before they reach users * Zero License: Agent-built capability that helps enterprises own more business logic and reduce dependence on per-seat software Underpinning these pillars is Infinite Trust, a foundational layer spanning data readiness, security, and governance and observability, creating the conditions for AI to operate securely, responsibly, and at enterprise scale. How Hexaware Delivers Zero Friction Hexaware's AI-led, human-intelligence-perfected delivery model is anchored by Zerovity(TM), its AI delivery layer for governed coordination across the estate. From migration and modernization to agentic software development, AIOps, release, cloud operations, and enterprise workflows, Zerovity(TM) creates a single pane across areas that often operate in silos. "AI now gives enterprises a connected view across infrastructure, operations, engineering, service, and business workflows," said Siddharth Dhar, President & Global Head, Digital IT Operations & AI, Hexaware. "With an agentic cognitive layer on top, clients gain one command center through which intelligence and improvements can be applied across the system." The Zero Friction Enterprise gives clients a unified way to address constraints often handled through separate initiatives, helping them focus on core priorities and turn zero friction into infinite momentum.

Hexaware launches Zero Friction Enterprise framework to eliminate tech debt and operational resistance

Hexaware Technologies has introduced the Zero Friction Enterprise, a delivery framework designed to reduce operational and technological resistance across organisations. The framework addresses issues such as aging code, security vulnerabilities, delayed delivery, and software dependencies that collectively hinder enterprise performance. The Zero Friction Enterprise comprises six pillars: Zero Vulnerability (cybersecurity), Zero Tech Debt (modernisation), Zero Backlog (AI-native engineering), Zero Defects (quality engineering), Zero Tickets (AI-led operations), and Zero License (agent-built capability). These are supported by Infinite Trust, a foundational layer covering data readiness, security, and governance. Hexaware's approach uses Zerovity, its AI delivery layer, to coordinate across previously siloed areas including migration, modernisation, and cloud operations. The framework aims to help enterprises respond and innovate more effectively.
