Requirements
  • Years of IT experience as a Senior Leader in a fast-moving, agile environment in a high-growth company
  • Multiple years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs
  • Multiple years of experience managing large projects/programs in a timely, cost-effective, and solutions-oriented manner
  • Experience in designing strategic metrics and scorecards
  • Ability to work across business lines at senior levels to influence and effect change to achieve common goals
  • Experience in strategic technology planning and execution, as well as policy development and maintenance
  • Presence (gravitas), confidence and persuasive skills to develop a digital workplace program, as well as to sell and embed it in all levels of the business
  • Tenacity and pragmatism in focusing the information discovery process
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Champion psychological safety, team building, alignment building, the ability to balance team and individual responsibilities, and achieving goals through others not directly under the leader's supervision by working ethically and with integrity
  • Knowledgeable in a variety of 3rd party digital workplace tools, including Salesforce, Workday, Netsuite, ADP, and Marketo
  • Ability to handle change, ambiguity, decision-making, and deadlines in a structured fashion
  • Ability to work with autonomy in a fast-paced environment, a strong sense of accountability, and a proven track record of driving results through both direct & indirect influence
